Are any of you using a ning in your library media program with teachers and/or students? I'm looking for some good examples to share at an upcoming presentation to school library media specialists.
You need to be a member of TLNing (teacherlibrarian.org) to add comments!
We used a ning last year in our Spanish IV class when they were doing lit circles. It worked really well as far as prompting and monitoring discussions. The teacher is dynamite and she is always up to any suggestions as far as new ideas, technology, etc. We were a bit disappointed in the quality of the student response, but we have learned to be much more specific in our expectations now. It is agreat tool.
