23 things in California

I am currently working my way through the "23 Things" on the California School Library Association's School Library Learning 2.0. It is an interesting experience and we are all trying to find new and amazing things to use at school in our libraries. Not everything will be useful, but we will sure know about a lot more when we are finished.

    I've sent the site for the CSLA 23 Things online course to all the librarians I know - and all those in my district, in hopes that we can learn together & share ideas for school applications as we try new web tools. I'll definitely be completing the course over the summer & helping teachers use blogs, podcasts, and more with classes. I'll be glad to see how you all are using the tools with students!! It's a great time to be a librarian.

    Yes, that's it - I'm losing sleep, I get so involved, but I think we are finding things to use in our school libraries. Sometimes, it's an ah ha moment, that's what those kids were doing! Join us.

    I am interested in seeing this list of "23 Things." I looked on the CSLA website but did not see anything. Is it possible to get a copy?
