About Me:

I live in Tacoma, Washington with my husband and four-year-old son. I have been a classroom teacher for 18 years in and have always had a passion for literacy. I have been hired as an elementary teacher-librarian starting in September 2016. My family and I love gardening, hiking, camping and being outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. In between any other activities, I can be found with my nose in a book!
