I am wanting to start an online writing center at my school that will complement our physical student-staffed center. Have any of you ever done this? I have an idea that students will send their compositions to a drop box and ask for specific help. Certified students will, as they do in person, offer suggestions based on the solicited request for advice. The assistants will go through the same rigorous selection process as they do to participate in the face-to-face center. In addition to peer feedback, there will be an FAQ, knowledge base links, and other resources available. Do any of you have experience with this? Thanks! Barb Jansen
