I was just informed three days ago that I am being displaced from my current position in a small alternative high school and relocated into a new elementary school. It's an already existing building and the collection is staying while the school currently occupying the building is being moved. I have six years of experience as a media specialist, but all in a high school. I'm looking for professional resources and even personal contacts who can help me make the transition. I know I need to revisit my bookshelf from grad school, but thought there might be some other great resources out there that others might suggest.
Any suggestions??
