Library Staff Development

Hi,

I am a school media specialist at a junior high and I am trying to get our library department to work as one. I am also the district Library Coordiantor/Staff Developer. We have 17 librarians in 14 schools. Does any one know where I can find information on how school libraries were in the past versus now? Any thoughts also on how I can get elementary and secondary librarians on the same page? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

    We have joint tech training and several joint meetings during the year. Emails go out to all librarians and there is a curriculum that we are all following.
