Book clubs and Valentine's Day activities

I am looking for suggestions for a Valentine's Day-themed book club activity.  Our students are not currently reading any one book in particular, and many of them are not even heavy readers, so it would have to be activity-based more or less.

    I have a "Books We Love" book club lunch in the library with first grade girls.  They bring a book that they "love" and tell a little about why it's special to them as we eat.  I bring Valentine's napkins, pencils, bookmarks, and dessert.  I love hearing about their favorite books!
