multilingual students with strong business skills

Hi guys, I am a student in Spain who just completed his cursos first certificate Madrid to certify that I can use the English language on a strong enough level to work in a business, it's great because a lot of multi-national companies seem to look for people with such qualifications to help them work on proyectos multilingues for their business. I still find some work very hard, and want to perfect my English through more study, but it's going very very well I think. I may have to put it on hold because the business that employs me now has offered to sponsor me to do a master direccion de calidad, isn't that great?! I'm really excited, I think they're in real need of multilingual students with strong business skills these days, don't you? Though I think maybe this sort of sponsorship for education and training is dying out a little, I must be very lucky. Has anyone noticed kind of a decline in sponsorships and apprenticeships when it comes to training and education, or is it just me? I think Germany values education very highly but I don't know about England or Spain.
