Since I'm now working in school law, I'm curious about the types of legal issues school librarians have to deal with (beyond copyright law). Have you had some sort of licensing, contract, constitutional or other legal problem that has been unresolved, or required legal intervention? I'm particularly interested in those that are library or technology specific.

I haven't personally dealt with anything, but issues I think are relevant to those in the trenches (besides copyright) are censorship and CIPA. Anyone wish to expand on these?
